Didja Notice?
This issue reveals that the Autobot called Skilz is the
being who has been providing the opening narratives in this
four-issue mini-series.
On page 4, Doc Brown tells Gigawatt his temporal
demodulation coils are out of alignment. The temporal
demodulation coils are the metal bands seen on the front
bumper and around the rear assembly of the DeLorean time
machine vehicle.
On page 9, we see that Gigawatt's California license plate
is GIGS.
On page 11, Rumble recognizes Marty as "the human from the
parking lot." Rumble saw Marty go back in time and return in
the parking lot of the Twin Pines/Lone Pine Mall in
"Transformers/Back to the Future"
Part 1.
On page 12, Biff is wearing his
Adidas tracksuit from the end of
Back to the
Future, but the Adidas logo is a Tannen
logo! In Back to the
Future: The Game, his tracksuit has an
"Adods" logo.

On page 13, Marty uses the slogan of the Transformers
franchise, saying, "There's always more than meets
the eye when it comes to these guys."
Having helped to save the world, Biff is made a mechanic for
the Autobots in 1985. Biff playing for the good guys..? I
don't know...
At the end of the issue, Marty's parents give him the
Toyota SR5 Xtra Cab pick-up truck seen at the end of
Back to the
Future. But the truck is parked front-end
first in the garage instead of back-end first. Also, the fog
lights on the grill now have light covers on them with "Mc"
and "FLY" printed on them. And a Decepticon emblem in the
center of the grill as well!
The license plate is the correct one from the BTTF movies. |

The story ends with the same note from Doc Brown that opened
"Transformers/Back to the Future"
Part 1: "The space-time continuum is full
of infinite possibilities and alternate timelines in its
unending nooks and crannies. These include events and
histories that could have happen, have happened, may never
happen, have been erased from existence or exist entirely as
conjecture. How then do we classify this tale? For now,
suffice to call it entertainment. As a physicist, I can
speculate no further."
